High quality threshold available in 3 finishes. Perfect for replacing or upgrading an existing threshold that has rotted, cracked, or deteriorated. Straightforward installation does not require removing jambs or door.

Low-Profile Specifications – ~1 1/16″ to 1 3/8″ tall:

• Threshold is 36.0″ in width, 5.75″ in depth (typically known as a standard 6″ threshold)
• 1 1/8″ tall, adjustable ~3/16″ upward and 1/16″ downward
• Hardwood rail (ash or oak), pine base, high grade aluminum sill
• For 3/0 (3′ 0″) or 36″ residential entry doors with 4 9/16″ standard width jambs (2×4 framing)
• Fits inswing doors (door swings into the home)

High-Dam Specifications – ~1 3/8″ to 1 5/8″ tall:
