Door Glass and Frame Kit

Venting door glass is a great option for kitchen doors or any area where you want the option to let in a nice breeze. Our venting door glass features a removeable screen and 10 height adjustments to allow for desired airflow.

Kit includes door glass, removeable screen, inside and outside door glass frame set, and screws. This item does not include screw caps — if you want to cover screw heads you will need to use some putty.

Style: Half Lite (rectangular)

Short Size:

• This size is typically found on SHORT (66″ to 76″ tall) and NARROW (30″ and narrower) doors
• Frame outside dimensions: 22″ x 26″ (replaces frames 21 1/2″ to 22″ wide and 25 1/2″ to 26″ tall)
• Door cutout dimensions: 21″ x 25″
• Glass dimensions: 1/8″ thick (single pane), 20″ wide, 24″ tall

Installation

Install frames with the screws to the inside of the home. Tighten screws until frame is seated on the door. Do not exceed 15 in-lbs of torque. Over-tightening screws may result in a wavy appearance of the frame. Finish by installing screw hole covers (caps) by inserting the shallow edge of cover into the frame aligning with the frame profile. Press firmly into place, making sure the cover is flush with the profile.
